Griffin Counselling and Supervision Director, Katherine Griffin, is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who works with couples, families, individuals and children. Katherine has been counselling for over twenty years and works with a range of emotional, relationship and life adjustment issues.

Katherine is specialised in working with the impact of trauma and addictive behaviours. She also has knowledge of grief and loss, impacts of family violence and sexual assault, work related issues and family planning.

As an experienced relationship counsellor, she enjoys working with people with many and varied life issues.

A safe non judgemental space is provided to explore relationship difficulties, struggles or life traumas and explore ways to manage and recover in healthy and productive ways.

Counselling will offer an opportunity to gain insight into ones self and relationships, work towards healthy ways of coping with emotional distress and develop greater levels of life satisfaction and enjoyment.

Katherine has management knowledge and is also an experienced clinical supervisor.
